There will be a processing fee of $100 and refund requests will be issued within 30 days after the event.

Please note, refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or for early departures from the event.

Subsitutiions are acceptable from the same organization - the appropriate member/non-member rate will apply.
