Registration is 100% REFUNDABLE for anyone who contracts COVID-19 within 14 days of the event dates and can show proof of a positive test.

In the event the registrant is no longer able to attend the Forum, substitutions of a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. The original registrant must submit the replacement’s name and contact information in writing to info@sampe.org. Cancellation requests cannot be processed over the phone.
